Both Co-owners, Andrew Johnson & CJ Phillips, obtained the NC Home Inspectors license through
The Home Inspection Training Center located out of Burlington, North Carolina. This training course consists of online classes, field training, and passing the state exam.
As of May 2021, J&P Home Inspections also obtained the SC Home Inspectors license through the Residential Builders Commission of the South Carolina Labor Licensing Regulations Department.
