Buyer's Inspection

Buyer's Inspection (or Pre-Purchase Inspection) provides the buyer an accurate report containing specific current conditions of the home and its systems before buying. Most every home consists of some problems or defects, whether it be something relatively small and inexpensive or large and expensive, and our inspection will reveal those to you.

PRE-LISTING INSPECTION

Seller's Inspection

Seller's Inspection (or Pre-Listing Inspection) provides the seller a thorough report containing small and/or large defects of the home. This is beneficial to both the buyer and seller.  A pre-established knowledge and documentation of current and/or future possible complications of a marketed home can offer the seller the option to recover these problems before selling which will provide a better opportunity to sale or allow the seller to offer a less-debating approach to the buyer by providing them information and awareness of any current or possible future problems at the expense of the seller versus the buyer.

MAINTENANCE INSPECTION

Maintenance Inspection

Our Maintenance Inspection provides exceptional protection to your home.  This inspection is a cheaper alternative to a full home inspection though it is not permissible under any real estate transaction(s). Your home is most likely your biggest investment, therefore having a highly trained licensed inspector come out yearly or bi-yearly could detect problems in your home's system components that you otherwise may not discover yourself. Finding small defects early on could spare you the burden of them developing into larger, more expensive issues.

RADON TESTING

What is radon? Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. The EPA estimates that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer and the source of thousands of deaths each year in the United States. You can't see, smell, or taste it. The only way to know the level of radon in your home is to have it tested. For more information concerning radon please click on the following link from the EPA's website: https://www.epa.gov/radon
